Source of Inspiration#
I came across an interactive video in the form of a galgame on Bilibili 【B 站最强互动视频】耗时三年原创三十万字剧情，打造灾难和救赎的篇章. I found the interactive bullet comments quite interesting, so I came up with the idea of adding bullet comments to existing galgames. It would be fun to play the game while reading other players' comments on different plot points. It would greatly enhance the enjoyment of playing the game. 😆

Possible Implementation Methods#
- There are many galgame translation projects, such as MisakaTranslator, LunaTranslator, VNREX, YUKI, etc. You can refer to their recognition methods to determine the current plot position.
- Then, set up a public server node to store bullet comment data.
- Provide a Docker image for easy setup of private nodes for entertainment within a group.
Usage Process#
- Run the galgame.
- Run the bullet comment overlay software, enter the server node, and verify user identity.
- Select the galgame process, retrieve the process name, and automatically match the corresponding galgame.
- To prevent misidentification, confirm the match and provide manual correction functionality if needed.
- Choose the level of bullet comment filtering and provide a plugin interface for blocking comments.
- Start playing the galgame.
- The software recognizes the corresponding plot points and loads real-time bullet comments from the server.
- You can send a bullet comment at any time to comment on the current plot.
